There are so many factors that could cause this. Work to figure out what could be the different causes and test solutions.

I wonder, are those shirts missing their BSR? I have some shirts that have sold before multiple times but have not sold lately. I noticed their BSR is gone. I also notice if I click on their Brand link they are not listed in their own brand! This makes me think they have been removed from the marketplace for some reason. :(

Throttling

This crap is happening to my bestseller too: Sold around 20-25 each day for a few weeks - now out of the blue it lost BSR and isn't shown in the search any more. I literally could cry. Very frustrating. It's the reason I only do marketing for products I sell on other POD's which consistenly show my products.

This sucks, I finally start making sales and now they don't show up in an Amazon search. This has been happening to my shirts since early last month. I noticed someone in another similar post said they did announce they would be throttling. When and where did they mention anything about throttling?

When I click on my brand, less than half of my products show up and my best sellers are not on the list. It's almost as if Amazon wants to slow down shirt sales. Maybe they didn't hire enough people to produce the shirts and are overwhelmed?

Just found this reply from Amazon on another thread. Just as I suspected, they didn't hire enough staff for Merch holiday sales:

"In order to ensure customer orders are shipped on time in November and December, we may temporarily reduce the availability of some products. During this time, these products may not appear in Amazon search results or they may show as "Currently Unavailable" on product detail pages."

According to some in FB groups, Prime shipping times are almost a week out now...so, definitely capacity issues happening and consequently throttling or whatever one chooses to call it. At this point, since it's out of our control, I've decided to focus on 2018 and prepare for upcoming seasonal events/holidays,etc.
