Idea

When you save a design in draft status due to daily submission limit, there should be an option under the action button to take you directly to the submission page instead of going through the edit steps again. Currently under the action button there is only two options to Edit or Delete an design in Draft status. I would suggest that you add a third option (Publish) that would take you directly to the last step in the submission process.
