For certain types of skill, games being a good example, it would be useful to be able to have a single card which is updated as the session progresses rather than having separate cards per response.
For example, with a trivia game which uses cards in the responses, you currently get a new card in the feed for every question which can end up taking up a lot of space in the feed. This option would allow each response to re-use the card from the previous response and update its content.
