Make an "invitation received" message for people that apply to Amazon Merch

Let's make some kind of notification to people that apply to the Merch program so we know that the form we filled out actually went through. The worst part of the wait is not knowing if anyone on the other side even received the application.

YES! I applied in May and haven't heard a peep. I'm like you, I am thinking did they receive my information? I wish we would receive something to confirm that they received our application. Amazon please set up an autoresponder, you guys could do this in your sleep. ITMT Please accept me :)
