Hi, I am a director of a motorised blind manufacturing company in sevenoaks kent and we have developed a controller compatible with somfy motorised blinds. We are currently using text to speech which is talking direct to Alexa and this is then triggering a projector, projection screen loading a small movie and this is telling a story about our products. This also triggers blinds to operate open and closed when the voice over asks Alexa to do so.
This is very impressive for us as we have interior designers and architects visiting us regularly. The response has been outstanding.
I thought this maybe of interest to yourselves and I'm sure will be improved over the coming months.
We are not developers but are control experts within the motorised blind industry and this would be great for those that are disabled or just wish to control motorised blinds from speech.
