Two audio volume regulators; one for music and one for Alexa's voice

That would be very very good. I always listen very silent to my streams (volume 2) but when I ask Alexa for something I can't understand because volume 2 is too low for Alexa so I need to volume up before and then ask again... it's frustrating;)

I'm shocked that this isn't in place yet. I too like low volume music at my office and can't hear alexa's voice when I need her for something else. Making these volume controls independent or at least optionally dependant really needs to be done.

I love my Echo devices. While playing music while entertaining we keep the volume low to allow for conversation. If we need to ask Alexa a question we cannot hear her response due to the low overall volume. Setting separate volume levels for music and voice responses seems like a no-brainer.

I have the opposite problem. I have a great volume for music and Alexa screams so loud it's unbearable. Also loudly announces connected and disconnecting. I hate it. Using a Bose Portable smart speaker. Amazon and Bose need to get their heads together.

Been requesting this for many years (I think newuser-133f16eb-152a-42e1-b9ed-092d9fea093d above is me). It shocks me that this has never been implemented. I should be able to control volume of music and volume of voice responses separately. Just like I can control ringer volume and music volume separately in my phone. What's more, I would like to be able to have music play over external speaker(s) while keeping voice responses on the device speaker. None of these items require extra hardware, the defaults values would not affect existing users' functionality, and the coding for them is trivial. Don't know why this hasn't been done.
