Refill votes - Allow Unvotes after 24hours

There are tons of great ideas given into this community, but many have ran out of votes and can no longer vote on ideas they would like to vote on. Could we have votes refilled every couple weeks or something?

I agree, this has been very annoying not being able to vote. I don't see what's the point in having a lifetime vote limit. Suggestions will continue to pop up and there are very limited people active here who'll vote. So if we're limited by votes we can submit, we won't be able to express our opinions on new suggestions that are created.

By the way, I'm out of votes so I can't vote this, the irony haha.
