I've been fortunate to sell more than 100 units of one of my designs. In response to ONE negative review (about the smell and fabric quality), sales have stopped. This 1-star review is negatively impacting sales and I have no way of addressing the problem. If it was a design issue, for example, I could understand it and would accept the negative review and work to fix the design. But any reviews related to fabric smell, fading colors, or shopping issues should not ding our accounts or seller reputation in my opinion.
