Keep "direct link" shirts we create outside of our allowed shirts count. Don't include them within our quota/level.

I cannot agree with this suggestion. There are many people who are using direct links for commercial accounts that they've landed.

Agree with @L. Frase on this. I see no reason for direct link shirts to be excluded from the count.
