Create a Specific Form to Flag IP / TOS Violations

I would like to see Merch create a form specifically designed for Merch program designers to flag and report intellectual property violations & Amazon TOS violations. The form could look something like this: Your name, account email Tick of boxes with the following: Reporting: -pixel to pixel, or almost exact copy of my original design -potential trademark violation of a well known brand -violation of MBA's TOS If this is a copy of your original design, please indicate the date of upload as found in your manage tab, or evidence of the ownership. If this is a potential trademark violation of a well known brand, please name the brand. If this is a potential violation of MBA's TOS, please indicate the violation (you could add a tick box here: profanity, human tragedy, etc.)

Please give the URL / ASIN for the reported listing that you believe is in violation. Please give any relevant additional information. Make this form available within the Merch by Amazon tabs. Then assign or hire a team to process the reports, review the listings and account of anyone who is in violation, remove listings in violations and accounts of repeat offenders or blatant thieves. Also block the ISP from creating a new account. P.S. As an FYI, it has come to my attention that Teespring has recently added a software program that identifies duplicate images upon upload. Please research this, and consider adding a program that would catch duplicate images, and flag it for review (there may be cases where we are creating more than one listing with our own images to utilize different color combinations or shirt types).

This is a good idea. More work for designers, but in light of the fact that nothing is being done about copycats, we should at least have this.

The current form goes to a different department that doesn't seem to have a grasp on MBA, or even know of its existence in many cases. They are pitifully slow.

There already is an in-Amazon form for reporting infringements, it's here: Amazon's Report Infringements Form The bigger problem is that reported infringers - particularly those in Amazon Marketplace - don't ever seem to get banned, and reported designs often take weeks to be removed :(

That form goes to a different department, and the people there don't seem to understand, or even know about Merch. Please note that I asked for a specific form for "Merch" that goes to the Merch department.

Seems like an obvious breach to the TOS. Why aren't repeat offenders getting banned?

The form is there but quite often it goes to people who send a bog standard reply refusing your request. It just needs an extra drop down 'Merch Copyright' or whatever to ensure it gets seen by the right set of eyeballs.
