Option to buy my own shirts at my cost?

I'd love an option to just quickly buy one of my own designs at my cost. Amazon gets their cut, I get to have the shirt and take my own photos of it to promote on social media, maybe gift some to local taste makers to help drive sales (even ship to them?)... I imagine most creators never use the current proofing process and just go right to "publish" - this option might actually get used and help both parties in the long run.

Set price to minimum allowed. Buy. Raise price. Done. Or just buy and wait for the commission payment.

I actually did that with the price but now with things getting stuck I'm too worried to do it. And changing the price requires approval (?) which is slow. Also, if I buy at the regular price I get double dipped by the tax man.

Have two listings for your shirt. A sample listing is invisible to the Amazon search engine so nobody can buy your shirt for $10.96 Then the other listing for sale on Amazon is the only product people will find.

This would be a great feature for sampling/testing. I have experienced the long delay in approvals when changing prices, and also a bug where only some of the variants of the shirts changed price. I like Nicholas' idea of creating two listings, but this will limit many sellers, especially those under the 25 design cap.
