Following a Lead on Copycat Shop

I ordered one my shirts from https://buxishop.com/ - one of the Shopify copycat shops. It was shipped from STORM LAKE, IA 50588. Not where my shirt should be coming from and there was no order in my shop with the size/color I ordered so I know for sure it wasn't drop-shipped. From what I could find, there is a POD company there called SSIDPS (http://www.ssidps.com/fulfillment/digital-garment-printing/). I have a hard time believing this Minh Nguyen Tuan negotiated fulfillment with this company through their contact form. Does Shopify have an integrated app with them? I can't find anything. Should I notify the printer on what's going on? I don't know what to do, but I want to do something. This person is wreaking havoc on the industry. It's probably the same person doing the pixel for pixel copies on Merch.

Wait until you receive the shirt and see where it's actually being printed and then contact shopify, the printer, and paypal.

Since it is a shopify hosted site, report them to shopify. They will remove your items and with enough complaints filed against them, they will close their account. Additionally, since you have purchased an item and can verify that it is indeed a counterfeit, report them to paypal. Paypal will close their account and seize the funds in their account. As for this SSIDPS, send a complaint to them as well and make it clear that you are giving them "RED FLAG KNOWLEDGE" of counterfeiting and tell them that if they continue to print any of your items you will seek legal action against them. They cannot get away with playing dumb once they are informed. Additionally, I would look in google for links to your items in this person's site. If you find them, you can report them to google. Hang in there and keep on reporting! It is tiresome, but it's the ONLY WAY to save your business.
