Put safeguards in place to prevent inappropriate designs from publication in Kid sizes

No need to have Kid sizes available in designs like "This is my cigar smoking shirt" and "I just really like wine, okay?". The overabundance of these "Kids" designs crowd out actual children's shirts in the search results.
