My account can log into: https://alexa.amazon.co.jp ( Japanese, can set Japan address)

and https://alexa.amazon.com (English, can not set Japan address)

But my skill is just apprear on https://alexa.amazon.com ( English, can not set Japan address)

About my skill:

Language is: Japanese

Amazon Resource Name: arn:aws:lambda:ap-northeast-1:

When I log in to https://echosim.io/, this device is appre on https://alexa.amazon.com.

How can I set them to appear on Japanese application website?
