Please note that for historical records and tracking purposes, we cannot delete/remove apps from your developer’s account; we can only assist in placing "Live" apps into "Suppressed" status. In order to withdraw a "Live" app from the Amazon Appstore, please sign into your company's developer account as an administrator and go to "Apps & Services" > the individual submission page for app in question.
On the individual app's submission page, you will see a request form next to the "Submit App" button in the lower right hand corner. Please complete the form with the necessary information and submit the request. If you are signed into your company's developer account as an administrator and are unable to locate this request form, please contact us with exact app title(s), Version ID(s), and withdrawal reason(s) for assistance.
Please be aware that once an app suppression request has been received, it is considered processed and cannot be cancelled. If you are submitting an app version update, please note that once this version update goes "Live" for distribution in the Amazon Appstore, the older version of your app will be automatically archived in our systems.
Please note that after the suppression process has been completed, the app(s) will remain in your developer's account under "Suppressed" status.
