Summary:
When you are in the process of submitting a new app or an app update, you will know you’ve entered all required information on a tab, in the My Apps screen, once a green checkmark is added next to the title of the tab. Even though you might think you’ve entered all the required information on each tab, if the tab does not have a green checkmark, it is still considered incomplete. Below you will find some required fields and/or items that are commonly overlooked when submitting apps.
Quick items to check:
Description Tab - If you have added localized descriptions, verify that all languages have been entered - Verify that there are no mistakenly added “New Language” links.

Release Notes Tab - Release Notes are required for app version updates, verify that all required fields have been entered on this tab.
