Use non-controllable states to give customers information on states they cannot control

With new non-controllable states, you can also give customers detail on states they cannot control. For example, you can warn customers that the top of your smart stove is too hot to touch, or tell them when your smart washing machine automatically goes from wash to rinse, or rinse to spin.
