If your app is in “Pending” status after you have submitted it for the review and testing progress, please check your company’s main contact email address for further details. An app in “Pending” status has encountered issues that require your attention to resolve before you resubmit it for consideration.
If you need log files and/or screenshots of the issue(s) described in your app’s test result email, please sign into your company’s developer account and go to “Support” > “Contact Us” with the following information:
1. Exact App Title, Version ID (if referring to a specific version of your app)
2. Any specific testing instructions or requests
Once we receive this information, we can assist in providing any necessary log files and screenshots about the test failure(s) in question.
