Summary: If you want to change account information in your Developer Portal, you may do so by clicking > “SETTINGS” and you will find multiple tabs: “My Account”, “Company Profile”, “Payment Information”, “Tax Identity”, “User Permissions”, and “Mobile Ads”. You will be able to change most of the information except for the company name, which will require Amazon’s assistance.
If you would like to change your company name, please file a “Contact Us” with the following information:
Old company name – xxxxxx New company name - yyyyyy
Note: You must submit the Contact Us request through an account with Administrator permissions in order for us to process this request.
Update 05/17: Users can now change their company email address through the account settings when logged in.
