[Update 5/10/18] Discover How Customers Engage With Your Alexa Skill Using Intent History

We are excited to announce the addition of the Intent Request History API to Alexa Skill Management API (SMAPI) and Alexa Skills Kit Command-Line Interface(ASK CLI).

The Intent Request History API enables you to improve customer experience by understanding how your customers are engaging with your skill.

In addition to the Intent Request History API via SMAPI or ASK CLI, now you can review Intent History in the Alexa developer console.
